How we work
The library exists so a conversation that happened once keeps being useful. These are the rules it is held to.
Every page in the library maps to a single recording of a session that actually took place, with a named founder, in front of Boa members. There are no round-up pages, no pages assembled from other people's writing, and no pages about sessions that did not happen.
Notes are written from the recording, not from a press release or a speaker's bio. Each transcript is speaker-attributed and published in full so anyone can check a takeaway against what was said.
Numbers, company names, credentials and claims come from the session. If a speaker was vague about a figure, the note stays vague. If something was unclear in the room, it is left out rather than tidied into something more confident than it was.
Some older recordings came to us without a reliable date. Rather than estimate one, those pages carry no date at all until it is confirmed. A wrong date is worse than a missing one.
A takeaway that only describes who the speaker is, or tells you to watch the recording, is not a takeaway. Each one has to give you the actual tactic, with the specifics the speaker gave, so the page is worth reading even if you never join.

Notes and transcripts are free and public. The recordings, the live sessions and the room itself are what Boa membership is for. We say so on the page rather than hiding it behind a sign-up wall.
